EDITORIAL TRAINEE

The Post

You will assist the magazine and online editors in editorial assignments, which may include writing articles, editorial research, interviews, events coverage, building on social networking sites, website updates, etc.

The Candidate

You need to have a strong passion for animals and an excellent command of English. You must be Internet-savvy and deadline-focused. The ability to work well both independently and as a team is essential. Preferred internship period is six months or more. This job is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

The Package

This is an internship with a monthly allowance. You will be given the opportunity to learn and experience the work going on behind Singapore’s leading pet-interest magazine, and be credited if your work is published in print or online. Allowable work-related expenses will be covered. Outstanding individuals may be offered further opportunities with the magazine after completion of the internship.
