Registration

• With your registration you accept our terms and conditions.
• Full payment is required in order to confirm a booking.
• Your registration will become effective after confirmation by Pets Magazine via email.
• All registration fees are non-refundable and may not be deferred toward a future event. Transfer of registration will be considered on a case by case basis and can only take place with an email sent to Pets Magazine.
• By taking part, all attendees confirm that they are happy for their names and any footage or photographs taken during their participation to be used to publicise any Pets Media & Marketing Pte Ltd events.

Cancellation by organisers or event date subject to change

• The Organisers reserve the right to cancel any scheduled event for various reasons, e.g. bad weather conditions unsuitable for the pets, if the number of enrolled attendees is too low or in any force majeure. In case of cancellation by the organiser, already paid registration fees will be credited. Any other claims are excluded.
• Any cancellation or change of event date will be informed at least one week prior to the event.

Liability

• The organisers are not liable for any loss or theft of attendee’s properties.
• The organisers are not liable for any injury sustained by or caused to participating pets and owners.

Disclaimer

• I agree to the following disclaimer and to the Terms & Conditions:
• I accept that the organisers, sponsors, partners, will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs, expenses or injury to me and my pet, which may arise in consequence of my participation of the event. I also hereby give my permission to Pets Media & Marketing Pte Ltd to use my name, quotes, video and photographic likeness for marketing and promotional purposes. I also understand that registration fees are non-refundable. I also agree terms and conditions before the event.
